It is rare that I write a letter like this. I have such a huge appreciation for “good business” and for those who value such a “high level” of customer service.
Of course I had hoped to find a painting company that would do a good job, but I figured it would take a small miracle to find a company that practiced the principles of “good” business. I am thrilled at the beauty that you have brought to my home and have watched as other contractors stand in awe at the meticulousness of the job you have done. Those tangibles demonstrate the years of experience and talent that your team has brought to my home. Thank you for those “tangibles” and, equally important, thank you for the “intangibles.” You often hear, it’s the small things that make a big difference and I can say that this statement rings true with your team and your organization.
